Need help ID a song

Hi,

 

Anyone recognize this track? IIRC the track appeared on a goa/ambient CD somewhere in the mid 90's (may be earlier or later, dunno really)

I taped it to MCD back then but was able to digitalize it before it desintegrated but the quality was already very very bad and volume is low too
