question concerning cubase sx3

How to program a VST instruments parameters in a track? For ecample cutoff or resonance. I thought all aspects of the instrument could be programmed with the track parameters like volume and panning etc, but it seems they can't.

I was using Cubase before... But I dont remember that much , didnt like it .. But if I dont remember wrong , you just simply press record and using the knobs on your vst along the way u record ? ... Hope it helps ,

Yeah it works that way, but I want to know if there is a way to program the parameters.

yes there is, go to the track where the VST is (not the midi, the output track), press the (+) symbol to expand the track to its parameters, choose parameter in the parameter track, draw your lines and shapes
