Perfect Rainbow - Yūgi. EP

I've recently found a copy of Perfect Rainbow - Yūgi. 12" EP (Matsuri) but the vinyl comes with a white sleeve.

Does it normally come with a color sleeve such as the Prānā - Scarab E.P. for example ?

The vinyl looks like the one on discogs but it comes with a white sleeve.

I wonder if it should normally come with a nice designed sleeve such as some other Matsuri EP's.
