cubicidal
Made a new track last night; low, crunchy, pounding dark music (120bpm); 4.5mb mp3. In my second month of making music at the moment... http://lazy.episch.com/postage_stamp_stomp.mp3

cubicidal
Forgot to mention: track was made with Project 5, Rob Papen's Predator, Rob Papen's Blue (bells), D16's Drumazon, and Sonic Flavor's DP5/R66/DQ7.
cubicidal
Come on guys listen to my supreme track! The opening melody is like a dramatic drunken Beethoven belting out mournful melodies of deafness! Soon it escalates into a melody and timbre beyond that even of the great Hallucinogen! And then it tapers back to a drunk Beethoven before shattering souls with mindblowing epic Lizst genius! Soaring sounds of godliness, this is it! I am the best producer EVER! cubicidal
I just try not to constrict myself to rules too much.
acidkills
Yeah, but maybe its better to know the rules so you can break them efficiently.. I dont know, Ill wait for your next track and than make a judgment, Im interested in what you will develop your style
cubicidal
I'm not necessarily trying to make anything near psytrance.
acidkills
And its better that way, its good to improvise.. I also had ecscursions like that, trying to make something totally new.. But there are times when I stick to the rules straight.. Depends on the mood..
cubicidal
Yeah, not sure where I'll go yet. I've listened to a shitload of music at least. I've only been at this for two months on and off, and I've made a couple styles of tracks: a melancholy trance track, banging hardcore track ( http://lazy.episch.com/amphetamine%20psychosis.mp3 ), a euphoric track that's not really trance but has a steady beat, and this one... so who knows where I'm headed. acidkills
99% and download complete.. Now on to the listening.. I do some deep progressive tribal shit.. Thats what I like the most but recently I do some more pumped up tracks that spins about 140 bpm.. I made some chill also, sounded good but I lack the inspiration on that one..
