Enter KAGDILA Records, from Tarzana, California, supplying all of Los Angeles, and the rest of the United States with fresh, bountiful supplies of Psychedelic Trance, Psy-Breaks, and Ambient music as well. In fact, within the last year, the company has been successful in reaching out to a good part of the rest of the world also, with a steady clientele both in Canada and Mexico, as well as overseas in Europe.

 

KAGDILA Records is the treasured child of Majestical Records co-founder Shu-ki Golan. After a mutual agreement of partners to terminate the successful Majestical Records, Shu-ki reformed his approach and burst onto the scene with his newfound company as a label, a distributor, and a store.

 

The name "KAGDILA" dates back to a classic goa song. When Shu-ki first heard this Astral Projection song he repeated along with the chanting of "KAGDILA" instead of "Mahadeva". The name stuck around inside his head, reminding him of the euphoric feeling of hearing a classic for the first time.

 

Plans for the future include more album releases by today's hottest psy-trance artists, periodic outdoor gatherings featuring international artists, as well as the licensing and releasing of one of the most sought after psy-trance albums of all time.

1. Ork Monk

Written & Produced by Zoltan Vajda, Kalumet Studios, Budapest / Hungary.

Ork Monk - side project of Hungarian artist kalumet (who was playing also in boom 2004, and will soon have a debut album).. As Ork Monk it’s his 2nd release but one of the best tracks on the cd for sure, it’s great to call the Compilation "dropland" since it would be the first track.

 

2. Gidra

Written & Produced by Thomas Aquino Lobo, Gidra Studios, Goa / India.

Gidra - upcoming artist for parvati records, playing more and more in

Parties worldwide, with a unique and powerful sound... actually he has a few releases already.

 

3. Phobos Azazel

Written & Produced by Darko Novevski, Bhooteshwara Studios, Skopje / Macedonia.

Phobos Azazel real name is Darko Novevski. He is from Macedonia , born

In 1981 in the capital city Skopje. He makes Deep Tripping Atmosphere

Frantic Noise - I think it also needs no introduction but if you don’t know, he is from Argentina, has a released album called "nordland orchestra", and he is also member of the megalopsy duo. Its worth to put him on the cd, he has fans and not only working in darkpsy.

 

6. Tetedset

Written & Produced by Vanya Jovicevic, Tetedset Studios, Belgrade / Serbia.

Name : Vanja Jovicevic

 

Artist from Serbia, Belgrade has 22 years. Making music for 5 years active

with his obsession in trance music. At first he worked in amateur programs

then he moved on Cubase , which led him next to Logic and Reason and tons of

vst's. Works only with software. His influences are South African

producers, Jimi Hendrix,Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, Simon Posford and some

classical minimalist composers. His style has variations which goes

between psychedelic dark, to pumpin night trance… Has a side project Tested

Extension with his partner and their debut release will be on Vision

records.His next releases are going to be on Doof , Namaha ,Anomalistic,

Psyber tribe records... He got positive feedback from many artists in world,

and they played his tunes… More to expect from this artist in future…

 

 

 

7. Detonatik

Written & Produced by Jassi, Detonatik Studios, Bombay / India.

Detonatik - also one of the most talented new artists, working for such labels like tantrumm rec., discovalley and trishula rec. he is from bombay.

 

 

8. Chemical Spoon

Written & Produced by Tamas Barsony and Pal Trencsenyi, Spoon Studios, Budapest / Hungary.

Chemical Spoon - one of the most rising new dark artist, coming from Hungary too, just started the project last year but already have a lot of fans and releases by other records, so they already started to play worldwide as well, its actually a very good twisted track for sure.

 

 

9. Hix

Written & Produced by Laszlo Horvath, Hix Studios, Pecs / Hungary

Hix - he is from Hungary too, this track is the surprise-track of the compilation, he just entered the scene but it has a good sound and a very nice structure...tested on the dancefloor more times and its a crazy moment always actually its very good to show a new name to the scene with a compilation beside the already known ones.

 

 

10. Para Halu

And finally one of the most funny para halu track ever to close this Crazy story.
