jeremy r
Vincent Courcot (aka Solead) returns to us with his Motion project and three killer gems sure to inspire. Ranging from deep electro influenced grooves to more techno inspired atmosphere and sound. Motion has reached into different bags of electronica fair to provide a wide breadth of auditory sensations. It begins with the title track "How High" a morning dance floor stomper, driven by a powerful yet warm synth line, catchy vocal by long time friend Lolivier and an eery melody that make this a tune not to be forgotten. For the second track Vincent teams up with new Canadian producer Tapwatr and the result is "Kp'n'tch" a track which harkens back to a darker and techier time. Pulsating and deep bassline accompany the detailed atmosphere that sprinkles the surface. Finishing off this trio is "Screwdriver" a more subtle and laid back track, that reverberates throughout the body with layered waves of delicate sounds. Motion once again demonstrates himself a consummate veteran of electronica with these tracks sure to enrich any music collection.
