Basilisk Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 The whole hard trance thing sounded a LOT better back in the nineties... so while I did end up grabbing the Nostrum singles collection, I don't think it has the exact same effect on me any more. I used to really like this (and Are Am Eye, a few Mandala tunes, and some other German/UK hard trance) but now... it does sound a bit childish in some ways. The beat is too fast, the emotions a little too forced. Still, I retain a fondness for Blow Back, and Brilliant brings back some good memories.
