waveshapist Posted March 5, 2008 Posted March 5, 2008 ok mate... this is a beautiful piece, and a great effort. however its drowning in fx and the like. for eg, the reverb is muddying the mix, hindering a clear low end, for eg kik n bass. actually, I imagine with a genre like this, where everybody is constantly saying how much fx you need, things get very confusing. the best thing to do... IMHO, is learn some more sound design and let the synths do the work. I do not know how much honesty in feedback you wanted, it is best you become aware of this though.
