That does not matter at all.. The fact we all looking for is:

When are you stupid people going to stop the abuse of the internet.??

IMO it is sad that people is ruin the scene, with the MP3-sharing. But I do also think it is fair that people DL the music, and later buy the tunes, but I do also know that it is the fewest people, who buy the music after a DL.

I've noticed that some people are really troubled about this event. It looks like some are really addicted at downloading mp3!! Are you with somekind of hangover or something??!! Do you need to get your share of 1M of mp3 every day??!! Jjjjeeeezzzz........

You know, this may be surprising to you but there are a lot of things to do on the net either than downloading mp3!! Just search for porn in the google, the fun is endless!!!

:-P

Nir was formally injuncted by an artist, well the representative of actually, "SapphireCut". The RIAA shut down his server which coincidentally was also the webpage it was served from [using the same IP as the host]. So he's working on getting a server that is in a country out of their jurisdiction.

Moreover, for those of you who trash the program and "MP3 junkies", you obviously have knowledge of such things and no doubt are in league just as much as the people you ridicule. Get lives.

Did you also know that you're legally entitled to download whatever you want and listen/preview it all you'd like as long as you delete it within 24 hours and don't reproduce any copies? What's wrong with trying something before you buy it? So go home you whining children, it's your bed-time.

The rest of us will be more enlightened when it comes to our musical selections, and the artists that really deserve may patronage I will support in full, as do many. It's the only way to get the most cost-effective CD/Vinyl collections for people on a budget.

Enough said.

Abuse the Internet? Come on, without the availability of copyright sensitive files it woulden't be what it is now. And Porn is copyrighted too btw.
