Guest VorteXed
Hi I was wonderin' what kind of psymusic they mainly play in your country. Which style is the most popular. I'm from Belgium and people here prefer the full-on and oldschool melodic sound. We have a few progressive parties but they aren't very popular, the progressive wave didn't hit us very hard. People here like small (100ppl-300ppl) cosy private parties, there are allmost no big (>1000ppl) events here. So on what kind of party do y'all freak out in the weekend??? Peace VorteXed. Guest Raider
The last couple of years minimal has "ruled" the scene in Denmark, but lately fullon and psy has been growing like a twisted virus... and it pleases me!
Guest Quazzi
Here in Portugal the parties are mainly focused on the Full-on and Progressive trance. Don't expect to listen to melodic goa trance here, wich is kind of sad because that's my favourite genre. Damn i would give my right kidney to listen to some astral projection in a portuguese party while te sun is rising. :-)
Guest AMP
Yeah, in Portugal the progressive wave hit us hard, but the full on never went away, thank god We dont see many, or none, old school tunes being played there, or even the more melodic ones, which sometimes is a pitty, but thats all very subjective, since the music might depend on who is playing it. We do have a lot of parties though, big ones
Guest AcidScout
in germany you have big raves and small private parties, but only .......minimal progressive techno music....... i hope, it's going more full on this year. at one weekend, more than 20 parties and i think that's a problem, because quantity is not quality. Guest mindbender
In the UK it's usually full-on with some melodies or then progressive full-on, either of those styles usually taking the party from beginning till end. At least it seems to be like that in the big parties >1000 people (where I go to). I'm getting a bit sick of it, so if someone could tell me where to find more varied parties in London, I would appreciate it a lot.
