Tatsu
Has anybody seen DJing or playing live lately? I have the chance to see him on 8th Mars and I wonder if it's worth it. What style does he play, full-on or minimal? Thanks for the infos! :-)
Guest r2d2
Well I'm not sure what he plays @ parties but his albums are mostly downtempo/chill out. He's a member of Saafi Brothers and also releases using his own name, as well as Dub Connected and some other projects.
Guest Dr. Krelm
I saw him do both a live and DJ set in Leipzig in November 2002. It was techno. Not psy-techno, but just straight techno. Brutally hard....enough to make your head split open. I think I even heard some songs from his albums that were remixed as 145bpm techno. That being said, I had a helluva time during his set and enjoyed it immensely. It is not a style I normally get into so much, but I danced my ass off for most of his set. It had been a bad week so I had some aggression to get out and some good hard music did the trick. If the show is cheap or you like very hard techno, it is probably worth checking out. I think he also sometimes plays chill sets, so if he is not on the main dancefloor, maybe he will do something more downtempo.
Guest Pk
Hello The last time I saw him perform, was a dj set at Sola Luna, at Samothraki in Greece in 2001. Then he played dubby trance. I danced all the way during his 3 hours performance. I really enjoyed it. No banging techno there, only relaxing down tempo trance, like a lot of the music he makes. He finnished his set with an old Eternal Basement track. After that, the old techno group 808 State performed live..! PK (Norway)
