Basilisk
Most psytrance albums are a collection of tracks. This album feels like a collection of songs. I don't know for sure whether I really like it yet... but I tried out The Mouse And The Opera Singer at a gig last night and it went over really well (mixed with Artifakt and Haltya of all things)... Basilisk
Which Artifakt track(s) did you play? Crystal, from The Magus. It was a weird mix, but I figured that the hollow lo-fi vibe of The Zap! might blend well with Artifakt's harsh mechanical aesthetic. It sort of worked in some kind of dreadfully awkward way.
