Chilled track

I've been doing this track for quite sometime and I can't seem to finish it. I keep changing small details (and sometimes big) without really improving. Can you guys give me some advice? Is it maybe a bit too "packed" with layers?

 

It's a pretty chilled atmospheric track (130bpm)
