RAH
Let's peruse through the collection in random joyful ecstasy and thank the gods for this weekend day with a quick minimal top 10 (not only psy). Albums or tracks, whatever is good. Not too much perusing so it turns tedious, this is meant to be fun... I will post mine as the right time comes The point of this exercise is to check how much the term can vary between the bunch of us.

Sin Silly
The point of this exercise is to check how much the term can vary between the bunch of us. Funny how today, the term minimal covers such a wide range of styles when looking at everyone's favorites My interpretation of minimal using a minimal top, would look a bit like this. Jeff Samuel - Dementia Martin Buttrich - Hunter Rodriguez Jr. - Pina Colada Guido Schneider & co - Albertino Gummihz - Isolate - Sebo K Remix Anja Schneider - Mole Wanna give some of these tracks a listen? go here & here What are yours, RAH? Sin Silly
Alex Neri - La Fotografia What a track eh.. - did you check the chillout version as well? Very nice mixing material.
RAH
Along those i've found What are yours, RAH? Actually, i've got no idea, i'm still trying to define what would minimal be for the regular non psy-person. At work there's person who really likes minimal, but for the longest time MY personal idea of the whole genre has been really influenced by psy, so it's just now i'm taking a look and seeing what is in there... I could throw a few names, but i would like too keep looking a little deeper and make sure i can contribute something of value to this list before i do that. Thanks for the contributions though, they are definitely a step in the right direction.

RAH
damn, you should go into politics dude, seriously ! I'm an advertisement copywriter, that's nearly the same these days but since you asked, i shall mention a few tunes i've found interesting in the minimal-something realm: Hillside - Anders Ilar (sworn) Espumante - Funzion (v/a - from sunflowers and papayas) The Gate - Sten Einmal Liebe Und Zuruck - Boris Brejcha Don't trust chief Wiggum - Hardfloor ... it's a work in progress... amphiton
Anders Ilar is very nice, check his lps and album. You can mention more names/tracks and I could recommend something as I was listening to mnml for some time now (less dancefloor oriented). Goa Bill
The new Perfect Stranger has some real slammers. The W, Free Cloud and Easy The new Ace Ventura remixes has some excellent material from what I've heard especially the Fiord (Antix) remix which is simply brilliant. And also "The Spark" is quite good. That's all I can think of right now

That is an excelent list, we seem to be on similar wavelengths. If you are into Stewart Walker, be sure to check out "Grounded in Existence" which is a bit less dance and more melodic, but probably his best. Anyway, there's a lot I don't know here, so I'll take a look cheers! The new Perfect Stranger has some real slammers. RAH
Stop being smart-asses please. You want me to move it and ONLY have minimal releases or a mixture!? I have no idea, it is one of those rare genre-defining topics (i loved DP's picks ) and thus why it is fun. But it's up to you really, i have no qualms either-way.
