How to make that tweaky sound

Hi, I was wandering if anyone could help me make that fast tweaky sound, like the maintheme of Astrix-Tweaky. Or the end of Protonica-upstream and many others, hope you know what im talking about.

I can't figure it out, i use Vanguard alot though..-. Wich preset are you talking about?

vanguard-> two detuned osc, one osc is noise, short attack, decay 12o clock, sustain 12o clock, long release, delay.
