Melodious Psy-Trance

I really feel my collection is lacking in the strong melodies section. I need some good suggestions. Here is generally what I'm looking for, artists and albums would be much appreciated. Thanx in Advance:

1. Strong prominant and memorable hardcore Melodies and Layers (like those in "Classical Mushroom")

2. A strong variation in songs....I don't want an album that sounds exactly the same from song to song....no strong repetition.

3. Songs that keep you interested...just when the song might be losing your interest it kicks you in the face with something intense, a pleasant surprise.

4. Very atmospheric....I want an album/s that creats a significant mood i.e. dark, upflifting, sad, crazy.

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. I just can't seem to find what I'm looking for without some guidance. I know you guys are experts ;) so I thought I'd ask you once again....

MFG's last album 'The Message" is very good, especially the 1st tune "Have a nice day". This track has the effect you're looking fot, cause it's evolving very slowly till the 3/4 and then, BAM !!!! The exploding melody. Try it for sure.

The "Dark Waters" tune has also this kind of scenario.

Classical Mushroom is a class of its own. After BP Empire, IM totally lost it imo and I don't expect anything from their new album.

Other class melodic albums:

Pleiadians-IFO, probably the old skool benchmark

Etnica-Equator, not many liked it but good and original trax onthere

The Muses Rapt-Spiritual Healing, gives a new dimension to climax, emotional and pounding at the same time.

Sandman-Witchcraft, fullon with gothic elements, dark but brilliant at times

MFG-TheMessage, already mentioned above, i like the same trax

Doof-LetsTurnOn, screaming fast and melodic goa. Classic.

Tandu-Multimoods, one of the best Israeli albums ever

Juno Reactor-Bible of Dreams, there is the strong variation. Some tribal, some trance, some etnic stuff...No act touches Juno in variance and quality.

Medicine Drum-Supernatural, tribal trance with acid lines...Indeed a Wizard brew.

try Orion - Metamorpheus for a very nice and unique atmosphere, then try Mr Peculiar - Elements, Logic Bomb - Unlimited - both albums are very good production with very good, not at all cheezy melodies

i dont find "unlimited" all that melodic... its very good, dont get me wrong, but i wouldnt say particularly melodic... not compared to my old green nuns or cosmosis albums

surprised no one has mentioned cosmology - subtle but unforgettable hooks all the way through - i never tire of listening to it

:)
