Doesn't have to be strictly psy of course. Here's some of the top of my head (click for webby): Siebzehn Symphonic Chronicles Antares Aavepyora Astrotek (ambient, breakbeat) I had a huge list of links to unsigned artists, but I lost it somewhere..
