ophitoxaemia
So if I downloaded the FLACs, And ripped the original CD, Would it be the exact same files?
Malevol3nt
Awesome, thanks for the release!! So if I downloaded the FLACs, And ripped the original CD, Would it be the exact same files? The same quality, yeah. But it's not exactly the same format. Have a browse thru the FAQ here for more info http://flac.sourceforge.net/faq.html#general__what_is

Basilisk
Are there any implications for regular listening? I'm Googling up some info on that but it isn't immediately obvious that it matters much. Feel free to fill me in!
ophitoxaemia
Everything is shifted 78 samples, so it affects play for 0.002% of a second at the start and end and the tracks are shifted, not a big deal.
Colin OOOD
If this is a problem for anyone downloading the Ektoplazm release, I would be glad to refund 0.002% of the Ektoplazm purchase price.
