I know there used to be the odd party in Sihanoukville in Cambodia, but why not anymore ?. Vietnam seems like the perfect virgin territory also. Beaches like Mui Ne and Phu Quoc island would be perfect ! Afrodo.
supergroover Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 usually the parties were started by people living there (expats, longterm travellers etc).. so maybe you can find some locals to start a party.
