Guest binaryprayer
i have never had a good experience at a tsunami event. with the exception of the liberty science center party, but that doesn't count cuz i was a naive crack head raver back then. too bad y'all aren't here in australia.....talamasca put down a 3 hours set at the rainbow serpent festival in january.....plus anti, kode IV, space tribe, pied piper, loopus in fabula, bitmonx, and on and on and on.....all in the beautiful bush under a southern summer sky. synthetic sadhus threw some great parties but i don't miss new york at all. but i do miss boston, philly and asheville. love binaryprayer
Guest psy druid
chuvak, i'm from the uk, i was the guy with the orangle fluro transient t shirt, bonza party hey!!
Guest jonathan
"Whether the after party is good or not is irrelevant here" it is relevant because your opinion would be different if you had danced your ass off for 3 hours like most of the other people did. Believe me I've heard from a couple of people that went there. "When shit happens over and over again as in Tsunami's case its called swindleing" I'm not disputing that. I have to chance the go to a Tsunami party next week in Miami and I just don't trust them enough to put all the driving time and money neccesary to make it down there. "And believe me Jonathan that is not "the nature of the psytrance scene" as you stated. The good people of the Psy goa scene will never get used to abuse by a dishonest promoter like Tsunami" All I'm saying is that this kind of stuff happens in the psy scene more then in hip-hop, rock, house, D&B, etc. You can't dispute that. There is much less money and profit involved and therefore the people organizing are usually going to be less responsible. Not to mention the amount of drugs that go down people's throats/noses. Every time I used to go out to party in Israel, I knew that there was a 25% chance that the party could be shut down by cops or the organizers could have lied about the lineup, or there could be problems with the water/generator or a million other things could have went wrong. "We will speak up when abuse by scoundrel like Tsunami" Thats fine with me. We still live in a free country. "But perhaps it is you who likes the shit that Tsunami is putting out and you who like to "get used to it" . So When this "shit " happens again i know you will be like the good little masochist that you are and take the shit in your face as "it happens" . I expect you to not write and not "run to the internet to bitch about it. '' I expect you to eat Tsunami's shit and say Yum ,Yum." Yup. Thats exactly what I will do, because I live 2000 miles away from New York, and the only 2 Tsunami parties I have been to were very good. Whats up with all the hostility? You need to chill out man. I don't think that people were too sad about not having another choleric raver who thinks the whole world owes him something.
Guest Beasti
Why am i not suprise that you dont got a clue as to why i reacted the way i did. Why is it that when you tell us to "get use to it" that i got hot and bother ? Well guess why? Use your brain!! Think what your reaction would be if you were in our shoe and then was told to ''get used to it'' .Maybe you are not cabable of that . Well ,simply put , i had an allergic reaction from your mind fart ,thats where all the hostility comes from . And yea my name is Beasti not the Saint ,so when tsuami swindle my money i am a little piss off . And my little Johnny for your info the after party is not run by Tsunami ,thats why its not relevant . I know it was good ,so whats your point? We are dissing Tsunami here, get it? So its fucking not relevant you Tsunami shit eater. And so professor Johnny you know for a fact that this kind of shit happens more often in this scene huh? Based on your research no doubt? Or are you just running your mouth letting gas out like its leaking from your brain? How am i suppose to chill when you are polluteing the psy goa scene with your mindless fart of callous and crude disregard. But you know what I'll just be kind to you and call you Naive. Guest goastomp
Keith, yes it was the AM-PSY party! I'm glad to hear you had a good time, for us it was a magical night and we put all we had into that little party. I wish Tsunami could do that as well ... but that party was just the beginning for us. We have some amazing people involved and are trying to figure out what the next move is. So we actually did manage to get in contact with Tsunami and as we expected they were very apologetic, and wanted our number to talk with us...personally.So I don't know what will become of that but I'll be sure to post any interesting news on that topic. if anyone is interested... AM PSY is what I'm part of and we are in the beginning stages of all sorts of things, but we are all very passionate about goa/psy trance so we are trying to bring our creative minds into the scene. our website is www.am-psy.com peace.
