Can't do anything about the DJs on the mic, unfortunately. But some are more bearable than others.

As for spacey, I'm trying to think of some...hrmmm

Was released under the Digital Mystikz name on the Urban Ethics LP last year.

This one makes me feel like I'm exploring unknown galaxies in space a lot of the time. But it's certainly not the same kind of vibe as Worm Hole, of course.

Any dubstep recommendations that are more towards the first album of liquid stranger? bit more spacey/ trippy in stead of harsh and rough?

Have u checked Ital Tek - Cyclical ? Trippiest dubstep'ish I have heard, and one of the very few dubstep releases I really like. It's not pure dubstep, but idm'ish fusion.

What an excellent track! Any recommendations in a similar vein will be appreciated ^^ Aside, for those who like the awesome bass kinda dubstep...this was recently released.

Apart from a single track, it's also the titler of an album ... So I guess this is news that made you happy ;)

By the way, I have noticed I enjoy the so-called 2-step much more than dubstep. It doesn't have annoying basslines that make you want to commit suicide....

Yes! The last two tracks on that album are mind blowing. I can't stop listening to Wind Tunnel. Nice video too. Really, Wind Tunnel and Deep Pools are some of the best dubstep I've heard.

Stupid question - what's 2-step? I'll check out FaltyDL and 2562 presently. Thanks :)

WEll I might be wrong but my definition is : Dubstep without stupid wobbly bass.

The above video is bad and irritating. I guess it mostly appeals to some mainstream trendy chav dubstep groupies

lol you did? I quite liked the "Eyes Wide Shut" theme going on, too bad there weren't any naked chicks in there ;)

I wouldn't say Benga discovered anything new with that track. Much of the same ol' same ol' Benga to me... as he is now for the past few years anyway.

Just because nothing really new is being put out doesn't mean the genre is getting stale by any means.

Ya just need to keep looking...

Compa - Sentence

(still dubstep I think, it's Zomby so it's awesome)

Ben Verse - Manipulation

Those are some kick ass examples of stuff I like, thanks for that.

Any CDs out I could buy which have tracks along that style?

Ever heard of SKisM? He makes dubstep, but it sounds really dark & filthy. SKisM- Elixer <----that should do it.
