psytones
FLuKE http://www.discogs.com/artist/Fluke So, you know Fluke, maybe something else then just their massive radiohits 'Absurd' and 'Atom Bomb' ?
psychedelic_mustache
Excellent duo. Don't really know the stuff they released prior to Six wheels, and I somehow seem to have missed their album from 2004 (will check out...). But inbetween these two gaps - alot of very good stuff, indeed
yohankiwi
I absolutely love fluke. They're just one of those bands that exuberate coolness. And their music rocks too, especially when played VERY LOUD! Would have loved to have caught them live back when they were still together... Symphoid
I was addicted to Risotto when that came out. "Atom Bomb" and "Absurd" got kinda old though.
Otto Matta
I was addicted to Risotto when that came out. "Atom Bomb" and "Absurd" got kinda old though.Ha, me too. Didn't last long. Atom Bomb was fun for a little bit there. I bought Risotto because I was hooked on Warp at the time (late '90s?) and it had similar album art. Bahamut
Yeah, Switch (Twitch) is a nice one too. I loved Zion right away when I first heard it in cinema during the Matrix 2. This tune made it the best part of the movie.
Goa Bill
Chiming in. They were the part of the original Electronica invasion with Prodigy, Chemical Brothers and Underworld 90's ruled
seraph
Fluke are great ! I quite like this british leftfield/electronica style lots of bands in the middle of 90's went through. Get his albums like : OTO, RISOTTO and PUPPY, all three in the similar style and very good.
RTP
yes, yes, yes! FLUKE is awesome :posford: I love their album Puppy ... as well as Risotto. Even Six Wheels On My Wagon is great! Oto I don't own yet ... still have to buy that one. I think I started a thread about them myself here some years ago ... go find it and there was somebody that recommended me a group similar to them ... which had one of the Fluke guys in it and was awesome aswell ... SYNTAX was the name, ha, I still remember it by the way, here you go, FLUKE - BULLET; best music video EVER (because of a personal reason, these guys read the thoughts I had as a kid ): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCDq60hMxZk edit: HOORAY, I found my old thread: http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=7541
Redington
That Bullet video was pretty interesting. The music was alright. I guess I have to listen to more of it though.
