mars Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 Hello Anoebis had already disclosed the test version in the Merr0w thread, but not many noticed. We put it up silently yesterday night, and after a little fine-tuning, it's here, live, and kicking ==> http://www.suntriprecords.com <== It may look more or less the same as before, but there are a lot more funtionalities for all Suntrippers: - better artists pages http://www.suntriprecords.com/artists/ - much better releases pages with extracts payer, at last http://www.suntriprecords.com/releases/ - newsletter subscription - complete shop & customer space with digital sales (for instance you can buy FLAC's of Merr0w right now along with the CD) http://www.suntriprecords.com/shop/ - faq / privacy / security facts http://www.suntriprecords.com/privacy/ - rss/atom feeds http://www.suntriprecords.com/rss and http://www.suntriprecords.com/atom - contact & promo submission pages http://www.suntriprecords.com/contact/ and http://www.suntriprecords.com/promo/ - and all the backend is more automated (that's a real relief for us) Oh this is only half of a revolution for users. For us, behind the scenes, there's a lot more to better promote, broadcast, sell, followup orders etc... You can expect more features to come up in the next weeks Enjoy Quote

piginspace Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 this looks very good. i've been checking certain times this weekend. i wonder if you will also let us be able to buy single tracks digitally. i guess you will be adding tracks also from the albums which are not available on CD anymore. Quote

Guest antic Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 On Chrome I get a lot of errors in this new page ("unidentified error" almost every time I click something), while it works perfectly under IE. Can anyone else confirm this, or is it just my problem? Quote
Malevol3nt Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Chrome is Beta. Can't blame the site for any errors for a browser that doesn't comfort to many web standards. Use firefox? Quote
Guest antic Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Chrome is Beta. Can't blame the site for any errors for a browser that doesn't comfort to many web standards. Use firefox? Well, it's already v1.0 so it's out of beta stage as far as I can tell. And I didn't notice any problems with other, even much more complicated sites, except for some very minor differences in how the sites look. In this case however, looks like Suntrip's site doesn't work at all, because every click on any link ends up with error. And as for the Chrome vs. Firexof, I was a long years FF used, but now I simply prefer the former, because for me it's faster, uses less memory, has (almost) every functionality I need and... looks nicer Quote
