Guest thomas
Igneous Sauria - Encepfalophagus (Creamcrop Records) Encepfalophagus is the debut album from Igneous Sauria. Packed with almost 80 minutes of high quality music the CD version is providing ten psy-tech tracks, designed for the dance floor, or your home stereo. Starting with the homonym, an early night late morning track and then grooving along to become anything from a trance ass-shaker, to a progressive groover, to melancholically textured melodic trance, to fat psychedelic techno to jazzy break beat. The intensity of the music, the clean intelligent production and the broad selection of styles will make this album a “must” for the Trance listener as well as the Club-head. Igneous sauria aka Kristos Tatitzikidis grew up in Greece and started making music at the age of 14, playing drums and bass. Later he moved to England to study Computer science at College. Here he had an introduction to electronic music and the Trance scene. At that point, he formed the Magus project together with Kostas Alekoglou (Phacelift). He have had various releases on many labels as Magus and Igneous Sauria, including Creamcrop, Candyflip in Greece, Flow Records, Portugal, Resonoise in England, Digital Psionics from Byron Bay, Hadshot from Germany and Flying Rhino from England. Other projects include early Phacelift stuff (released as Magus), Elden, Vague and Humito. 1. Encepfalophagus 2. Pustracer 3. Heliumdoron 4. McNutcrak 5. Cluster 6. Crispy 7. Enigmata 8. A-muser 9.
