Guest r2d2
I tried to e mail this online store but still no answer (it's been like 2 weeks). Anyone else tried to contact them lately? I e mailed both orders@saikosounds. com and info@ saikosounds.com but still no reply. Maybe they are using some other e mail address that I'm not aware of. Thanks in advance

Guest Alek
they seem to get a lot of spam, so you better use this form http://www.saikosounds.com/english/contact.asp

Guest snoosnoo
Woohoooo !!!!!! Score another one for Saikosounds. I ordered 17 cds from Saikosounds three days ago and I also ordered 7 cds from psyshop the same day. And who would you guess delivered first? As always Saiko, and it got here promptly. Long live Saikosounds!

Guest psyonic
Mind you I am a little pissed off with Saiko sounds- I sent them an email order for some cds(Order was in bold in the subject) and they replied a week later saying they were out of stock-If they had read the email straight away those cds wouldn't have been out of stock-bad business practices I say-don't neglect your most important thing- customers that keep you alive. they also never send me an invoice with the order so I have to wait till I get my Visa card invoice so I know how much it costs. I am going to reuse Chaosunllimited from now on because I know they answer questions, send orders straight away and put an Invoice in the order!!! I run a service orientated business in my country so I know exactly what it is like to keep customers happy-piss them off and they go somewhere else. Guest thomas
psyonic try trance-shop.com i send invoices by email and dont put them in the package so the customs dont take extra tax. if requested i put them also inside.
Guest Jaimz
Psyonic - If you'd placed an order using the ordering system that's part of the site then you wouldn't have had either of those problems. The stock levels online are the real stock levels, and when you place an order those items are automatically deducted from the stock for you. Also, an invoice is automatically generated and mailed to you when the order is sent. Otherwise the online system is just like sending them an e-mail, because they don't actually charge your card until they're sure of the stock, but at least if you'd used it you would have avoided both of the problems you encountered.
