I really wonder if there are known psy productions or compositions which are made in a psychiatric environment. Do you know of any track that was created or developed in a mental institution? Eventually only the recording of samples?

Although it's not exactly what you meant, I suggest you watch the movie Berlin Calling. Paul Kalkbrenner plays the role of a producer who has a psychotic episode and ends up in a psychiatric institute, where he keeps producing new music. Fun movie too!
