I don't care if its rough or downtempo, just looking for some labels to exoplre.

I'm really looking for more energetic IDM at the moment, and will get around to the downtempo/chillout stuff later.

Well it's kind of a mixed thing with all the labels Some are more industrial orientated and some release more ambient and melodic stuff. Some focus on other styles as breakcore etc. too

One of my favorites is PIR04, Endógeno EP by Macroeconomics. The label does take IDM a bit too broadly but they do have really wicked stuff.

I don't know if this one counts but I noticed that Planet Mu wasn't in your list. They're more of a broader record label than the others, though.

I stumbled upon Rump Rec. while browsing music on coundcloud.com and I fell in love immediately and planning to buy 2/3 of their catalogue.

Ital Tek (again, mixed with dubstep but good)

I don't think you're missing much, honestly. Mostly indie shoegazer stuff that's past its sell-by date. The ones you know are probably the best, although there are some rare gems there.

 

OT: A couple of great IDM labels that never get enough credit: Boltfish and Attacknine.
