hi there !

i have health problems when i compose electronic music ( synth , goa , trance , dance ...) because all my physical energy is sucked !! i am tired and a little bit sick , nasal congestion , really tired !!

i don't have these problems when i play acoustic instruments on my synths like piano...

i think the problem comes from the vibrations of the synth sounds and the fast riffs !!

if someone experiment the same problems , let me know please !!

thanks !

yes this is familiar thing for me also. If i have low energy level i never listen to trance. It really is for me also that it somehow sucks all the energy out from me and i just get a headache. Its a proven fact that music has influence on chages also on the physical level.

I have been thinking that could this be also the answer why so few old people likes this music.

Yes ofcourse theres variation between the effects on different people. Jack maybe one year more for you will change the effects of psytrance on you as well, you never know what the future gives us. But this is really interestin subject because theres sound healing and really a lot of research nowadays about the effects of sounds on humans.

Psytrance in this light is really interesting and i would really like to know what happens in my brains and how it changes my bodily function and consciousness level when i listen to my Logic Bomb:) and lets not forget my soul...

interesting what you say there... but maybe it has more to do with the electromagntetic waves generated by all those electronic appliances? There is a current of thought saying that the brain produces electromagnetic waves and that ANY source of elecromagnetic waves influences the one generated by our own brain. Some people are more ensitive than others, but people who believe in this theory say that a person shouldn't even have a digital clock in their bedroom!!

it also happened to me. I found out that putting a radiation protector on the monitor of the PC improved a lot, and I'm less tired.

You should try also to stimulate chakras. Go read Peter Kelder's book "The source of youth". You're gonna feel a lot better and full of NRG!

more the electronic then the music i think.

i get it in a lower degree when using a computer for a long time, (music making surfing typing whatever).

it the intense way you stare at the screen, and the way you sit.

if you sit wrong you get ension on your muscles and all sort of energy flows can be blocked, i even red a report once of a guy that was very depressed, after some time they found out it was his position when using his computer all day, he had his neck in a weird angle and blocked certain muscles.

could also be the electronic waves of the music, but i would first work on your position when using your computer seems the obvious thing.
