Help identify this Goa track please..

This is an old track I got on a compilation, but back in the day, there was no way of identifying the track.

I'm sure it's a known track, because something so amazing cannot possibly go unnoticed..

It's a track that has many connections for me and I would love to know (after all these years) the title and artist name.

I could identify the voice sample from the movie 'Cube', and tried searching for a track on psydb.net, but couldn't find a track that matches.

I've uploaded the track on soundcloud. You can hear it but not download it.
