Guest Ale
I'm getting bored of today psytrance except talamasca. Today music (Ticon, Parasense, Alien project, gms ...) is monotonous and repetitive, i hope some artist and label return make goa trance (i love old isratrance) again. Anoebis
Exactly! If is smart enough to release good melodic trance... They will make profit! I'm sure, everyone here in Belgium is begging for some more melodic goa trance! but it isn't all bad, there are good releases today! But not enough real TRANCE releases......... Guest Tentwins
Fuck off, Ticon's Aero is ggggggggreeeeaaaaaaatttt!!!! Thank god psytrance has evolved to the diversity it has today.
Guest ukiro
excuse my ignorance here, but isn't talamasca sounding *exactly* like GMS these days? I'll stick with my old goa vinyls - there's pretty much nothing new released that has the same vibes that got me into this in the first place. Anoebis
I wouldnt call Cancer gms! It's pure old school But I agree that many cds of 97 are better.....
Basilisk
I hear you... trying to work on this problem this summer People talk about variety in releases and I tend to think they're only partially right... true Goa spirit is rare to find. Guest Kalle / Tranceform
Hi! I see that some people are interested in more old-school goa-stuff, so I'll make some shameless self-promotion here . Tranceform records focuses on goa-trance, and the latest release is a full-lenght CD-compilation called "Blissful Moments" that has been out for a few months now. Compilation focuses on morning goa-trance and it contains total of 8 tracks from Sweden, Finland and New-Zealand. The next release on Tranceform is scheduled to be out in september! For those who are interested, MP3-samples of all the tracks can be found at Tranceform's website at: http://www.tranceformrecords.com/ The compilation is being sold at atleast following online-outlets: http://www.wirikuta.at/ (Wirikuta Distribution's webshop, Austria) http://www.chaosunlimited.co.uk/ (Chaos Unlimited in the UK) http://www.trancetrax.com/ (Trancetrax in US) http://www.saikosounds.com/ (Saikosounds in Hong-Kong) http://www.cede.ch/ (Cede.ch in Switzerland) I also recall seeing it in the Belgian Kairoo Records' hot-in-stock -list (http://www.kairoo.com/), but they don't have their stocklist online so I can't be 100% certain that they have it. Regards, Kalle / Tranceform
Guest danilo
It's amazing....what i really notice how the so called "psy community" is so arrogant about their own opinions about music...most of you dont respect each other......where's the PEACE LOVE UNION shit? PLUR MY ASS! u're a bunch of hypocrits...you dont respect anyone..and you dont want peace....u all wanna fight and say u're better than someone.... go do something for the human kind ...be someone ok? most (NOT ALL OK?) of you are a bunch of druged retards...loosers in your own lifes who thinks that this little drugs-trance-psy world is the exit for you... so...get a life....respect others.....and try to research a bit more about electronic music before saying "ticon is shit" .... to be honest...this new talamasca album..is the most boring...pathetic...and bad produced album , same as gms , alien project , astrix (wich are all the EXACTLY SAME THING) same shit same effects same beat same baseline same all... about goa melodic....it's old....repetitive.....it's for kids...and yes..thanks god our music has evolved....imagine..today in 2003 we listening to those old extremely melodic with no creativity (melodies taken from video games ? haah) ... open you damn minds ok!!! Guest Kiph T. Elephant
Umm... danilo, who's the hypocrit? Yes, being arrogant about your opinions is bad (m'kay)... too bad you don't follow your own advice.
Guest dzsonee
I totally agree with Duendo Matka, incredible music comes from Finnland. Just try Squaremeat's new album "Jungle Boogie Party Line", I'm amazed (and yes it's very trippy). You can order it directly from Exogenic records...(or try anything from Exogenic, I have never been disappointed with their releases)
Guest krize
danilo: you act EXACTLY the same as these people you say are ignorant, hypocrits and so on.. Why do people in the scene so often talk shit about one music style they dont like and talk good about the one they like .. I dont understand this way to think .. it just doesnt make any sense ... ((and often (if not always) they say plur, respect blablah , its just talk makes me sad to read comments like that if you had some respect, you would respect people listening to other styles ...
