Penzoline Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 What is that? a phone? The headphone system cost SEK 17,000 (approx €2000) Yeah it's the Nokia Lumia 800 Smartphone. Was a long due to get myself one of them. And holy damn, that is quite a bit. Must sound brilliant though. Quote
Penzoline Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Posting from the phone.. Kinda slow to write lol Quote
Penzoline Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 It's still so very young. I've already had a ton of problems but overall the experience been satisfactory even with them. The Zune app sucks a lot, though. For example compilations are artist seperated and not full folders in the music synch. I don't know what the hell they're thinking with it. Also it's a little messy at first with the whole windows live stuff, but so far it's what I've expected. We'll see -- I've only used it 3 hours. Quote
KozmikTentacles Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 New interconnects: Audioquest Python Got a used pair for €80 (they have been €400 as new) Quote
Rotwang Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 16 Gigs (they offer models from 8 to 64). It's expensive for what it does but looks sexy as hell. Quote
Penzoline Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 I know all about buying stuff for it's looks, as well. Sometimes it's just worth it. Quote

KozmikTentacles Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Very nice, Penzoline!! I ordered this giclee print from Peter Gric today in its original size; 100x120 cm. (I've had a smaller edition of it before though...) Quote
Penzoline Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 I visited that Gric's site. Such good stuff, I just wish there were options for people with less money. Quote
KozmikTentacles Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Yeah, giclee prints are usually expensive. I talked to Gric about it, and he said there might be regular posters in the future. But we'll see what happens on that horizon. Quote
Tiny Unit Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Yesterday I bought a new knife for the kitchen ($155USD) & a new vacuum cleaner for the apartment ($700USD) Quote
Flo Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Very nice, Penzoline!! I ordered this giclee print from Peter Gric today in its original size; 100x120 cm. (I've had a smaller edition of it before though...) you will love this 4kb demo! http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=59086 Quote
KozmikTentacles Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I changed my mind "the last minute" and ordered this print instead of the above one. It's a very large canvas print in the original size as the painting, 100x80 cm. Quote
