Walkabout
OK, I really like this album by a French-Canadian EBM act called Headscan. It's pretty obviously goa-influenced, yet it keeps an industrial feeling... it's not club trance or futurepop. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Um-91wNfAcs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQCWxQAcogc Any more recommendations like this? I'd like to try mixing some of this in with some Kris Kylven, Syb Unity Nettwerk/Element Over Nature style industrial goa.
Cybernetika
Nice find, I really enjoy the second tune... well, there is always Front Line Assembly or Noise Unit (basically the same guys). But they are not strictly EBM, rather industrial, and on most of the tracks they have more of a breakbeat style percussion... but you can discover a lot of psy elements in their sound. here is my favorite Noise Unit Track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYJyfz3oXyk and here is a great FLA track, 4/4 rythm, psychedelic synths... I recommend their album epitaph, in my opinion it is their best album, lots of complex breakbeats, very melodic, and super atmospheric. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ru3upm_1q3A

Walkabout
That Noise Unit album is banging, thanks for reminding me. I used to love FLA and collect their music obsessively, but most of it hasn't aged well to my ears. I do still listen to Millennium and Hard Wired occasionally though. Forgot to mention, it doesn't have to be 4/4. There's a sick breakbeat tune, 'Vacuum Tubes', on the Headscan album that rocks like nothing I've heard before... Any others? DreamWalker
The album Sequencer by Covenant is a classic EBM album that has a lot of trance elements to it. It's a very dark and serious album. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aJdBLUBRrs
