Lemmiwinks
well this is my personal pick: "can I help you... TO DIE? muahahaha!!!" http://www.youtube.com/user/UKFDubstep?blend=1&ob=5#p/u/28/-ou_7LfrZu8 which is yours?
Rotwang
This has my favourite use of samples (there's no one single sample that's particularly good, it's just the way they're used that stands out). Also springs to mind.
karan129
Idk about all music styles of all time, but my favourite sample in Goa Trance is the crazy, female sample in Nommos - Amma. Spine chilling. At 4:
longloststar
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiFdXCwivV8 At around 5 minutes. I believe it is from a The Simpsons Halloween-episode, and somewhere I also read that it is Matt Groening's favorite quote from the series, but that is probably false since I read it on the intraweb. Jason Pandanandi
This has my favourite use of samples (there's no one single sample that's particularly good, it's just the way they're used that stands out). Also springs to mind. It was a vision, clear as a mountain stream... Love that sample. It's from Twin Peaks, Mjr. Garland Briggs speaking. DeathPosture
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCq1f_p5x4o So psychedelic and so mysterious. AFAIK no-one ever figured out where the sample is taken from.
frozen dream
usually what astrix does is noteworthy with (voice)samples, then again, i'm not much of a fan of his "new" sound
Jason Pandanandi
"So weird, I never forgot it... where do you think it comes from?" Har-El - Wonderland. Takes the cake, I think. Or at least part of the cake. There's other ones I'm forgetting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4l_YIEuHNKU
abasio
My personal favourites are from APK who uses half heard samples that I usually can't recognise. Not many examples on youtube but the opening sample in this track shows what I mean: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3sK4ah0goek&feature=related Then of course there are the classics like... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4l0CCR8dbx8

Penzoline
Wow this is a hard one.. so many Lapsus - Holocron from the very recent ones is freaking epic. Who woulda known it's from a cartoony star wars movie with how sinister it sounds. Also one that really stuck to my mind was Exelization - Contamination. Perfect sample use tbh. But there's so many fantastic one's it's impossible to pick just one, or a couple, or even a dozen.

Veracohr
A lot of movie samples in psytrance music I tend to find poorly used. Seems like the artist thought it sounded really cool and trippy but sound kind of ridiculous to me. Like Radical Distortion's use of samples from one of the Resident Evil movies (I think it was). Some are good though; more often I like to hear samples from non-fiction sources like the one in "Lunar Civilization". But most of my favorite samples occur in non-psytrance music. There's a White Zombie song with one that says "do you have to open graves to find girls to fall in love with?"
