I know them, they are from Milan, very friendly people, you can order their cd with dvd for a VERY low price directly from them on discogs! They are doing billiant music!

I think it's a one of a kind controller hacked together from multiple sources. The page Drosophila linked says this:

 

Then there’s this controller, made of 4 ribbons to control the voltage of whatever you need. There’s an LFO and a Joystick taken from an old Yamaha controller.
