ID track from 1996-2002'ish with female voice saying "Lsd, Lsd, growing, growing"

I lost a really great track, some years ago and I have been searching for a long time without any luck. I dont know the artist, beacuse i got it on a burned cd, with no track id on - and I lost the cd.

 

Its very charachteristic with the female voice saying lsd, lsd growing growing, she says it like two times during the track. The track has a really nice kick.

 

Any help is much appreciated!!
