The tempo of the beat doesn't change but the hi-hats tighten everything up producing a sensation of increased speed, thus intensity and therefore dancing! (As a side note this track is fucking magnificent, a blinder in aggressive, warped and crowd pleasing Goa).Indeed, as soon as the hats kick in, instant groove happens. Crazy ass tune too.
