Some news from Joti Sidhu (Psychaos)

We had a very nice party at Samaka beach bar (@ Psatha beach 100 km from Athens, near Korinth) on Sunday with Joti as our guest DJ.

Joti played (amongst many new tracks) 5-6 remixes of his Psychaos tracks with a more modern sound/bass, not fullonish though, the most distinctive being Chaos to Order, the other tracks I wasn't really sure about but they were definettly ~2000 Psychaos tracks.

 

The most interesting thing though was that he was playing a track and I went and asked "Is that ManMadeMan-The legend (classic yet underrated tune IMHO) remixed?" and he replied "No dude, this is unreleased, haven't even finished it yet but you are right, it's old-school meets new-school".

 

We also spoke a bit at the end of the party and he said that he is preparing a series of EPs that he calls Psychaos 2.0, 12 years after his last Psychaos release.

 

Don't know if this is common knowledge, but I thought I'd pass some news i haven't read elsewhere!

Eh, I hope they're not remixes at all but new works.

 

There was an EP by Joti a while back called Digital Future and it was pretty good, actually. So this might be interesting.

Joti is a very talented musician, his Goa Trance music is very good and emotional, I like it a lot.
