IronSun Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 How unbelievably awesome is Zirrex' music?! I had never heard anything by him before and Lost In Time, which I got three days ago is completely blowing my mind! It has been on constant repeat almost the entire day for three days now. Damn this is sweet Goa. ANybody else who feels the same about this release? 'Cuz I seldom here remarks about ZIrrex when talking about the old-school masters but he definitely belongs up there! Quote
Imba Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Me too dear mate! I discovered Zirrex some 4 or 5 years ago and felt in love same moment. Superb music that reminds me on Imperial Project... almost underground Quote
Richpa Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 LIT album indeed is something that every true goa-head needs to check. I enjoy it a lot and there are some tracks that are really outstanding, for example Mahageon and Xindiane which are my favorites. Quote

U missed the Belgian Zirrex-hype in 2008 when he played his first set here back then they printed 100 represses of their LIT album (and everybody thought those were real CD's until Anoebis remarked it were just hi quality CDrs) and I managed to get one for the regular 10 €, but some of those CD's got sold for pretty insane prices . Good thing they repressed the LIT CD officially now! There's also some good tracks on the bonusCD btw! My favs are X-Indiane and Tadarinda! Quote
InFecTeD_gOa Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Great melodious album!! I have the promo version for trade (excellent condition). The only problem is that each track are protected by a glitch (~12 seconds) involved randomly. This detail isn't mentioned on discogs. Quote

Yeah I read about that hype in the blijf jong festival topic on psychedelic.be, but I never imagined it to be this good It's also cool to notice that some russian and slavic Goa in general has that heavier, much more attacking sound which for example Psy-H and Alienapia share but you can also hear in older material like UX and Darshan, which I like a lot. Favorites on Lost In Time are X-Indiane (I think most people agree this to be one of the highlights), Voyage, Mahageon, Galaxy, Saratoga Trip, SImple Machine and DeCompression. Quote
Manuser Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Listening to it now very oldschool oriented with eastern melodies, i like it ! Quote
Anoebis Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 We will have 10 items from the 3CD version in the Suntrip shop soon Taradinda is a great track, the acid in that tracks is pure adrenalin! Quote
BraneFreeze Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 We will have 10 items from the 3CD version in the Suntrip shop soon Any chance of remastering? Quote
Anoebis Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 That is a remastered version if I am not mistaken it is the 3CD Hado version Quote
Panoptes Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 never heard of him before. not bad though Quote
cyaneyes Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 I like the origianal release of 1999 more than new "polished" version from 3 cds. I have this on original CD's http://www.discogs.com/Zirrex-Lost-In-Time/master/147875 And it sounds more edgy than new one. That album just masterpiece and must have for any goa lover. Quote
BraneFreeze Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Whatever happened to the Suntrip Zirrex release? Quote
technosomy Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 hado bro. you can get it here http://www.discogs.com/seller/store.hadorecords Quote
