ID1 although indeed psychedelic, sounds a bit more on the acid techno edge and I'm doubtful if you'd have success finding it on any goa release.

 

ID2 & ID3 are both familiar but the names escape me for now. All I can tell that both, what I recall, are originally quite a bit slower. Nevertheless I'm somewhat optimistic people here are able to help you out on these two.
