Manuser Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 i like ECT for the track "Helpless" which is a wicked hard psy track. There is also another one i dig which is in Fill your head with Phantasm 5 (or 6, forgot). Squawk sounds great as well, nice percussions work, great bassline, i give it a 7.5/10. next Quote
Blubber Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 fullpoweracidswirl, magicgoacarpetsflying - nice one, though too hectic sometimes - 5.5/10 next: Quote
psytones Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 ^ One symbol. - <3 - Yeah, thats a heart. That track, is, by far. One of the coolest, I LOVE the drive of it, it is cool and trancey. Thanks for posting! Quote
Manuser Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 well so-so for me, intense track yep but too technoish and noisy to my ears. 5/10 next: Total eclipse - Psychedelic terrorist Quote
Manuser Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 Not the best Transwave track but still good, 7/10. Next: Quote
abasio Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 A nice chilled and groovy track. Some nice trippiness but not keen on the sample as it reminds me of 90's rave and seems out of place in this track. 7/10 Filteria - Float away & disappear Quote
Manuser Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 A nice chilled and groovy track. Some nice trippiness but not keen on the sample as it reminds me of 90's rave and seems out of place in this track. 7/10 Same opinion about that track, one of the best "very melodic progressive" i heard but the sample makes it a bit cheesy, still nice! I'll let someone else rate the Filteria track, unless nobody wants to (looks like almost no one is interested in this game anymore?) Quote
radi6404 Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 A nice chilled and groovy track. Some nice trippiness but not keen on the sample as it reminds me of 90's rave and seems out of place in this track. 7/10 Filteria - Float away & disappear That is a very good ambient track from Filteria and get´s a rating of 7/10. Good quality, good sounds, however the melodies could be more varied. I don´t know how much success this track has had over the years, but even today I would donate the artist who produced it. It is one of the top goa tracks, for sure as good as Mahadeva or any Top 50 track, maybe even better, this is what goa is all about. Quote
psytones Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 emotional stuff with cheese and 90's left and lift era sting inside. 9/10 Quote
Manuser Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 Not my kind of psy but this one is allright, kinda fun and the production is excellent: 6/10 next: Quote
Oopie Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Not bad at all... progresses nicely towards the end. Cybernetika has the talent for making long, story-telling tracks. I haven't heard his music in a long time and I can only wonder why. I give this 7,5/10. (I apologize for the lousy mp3 quality...) Quote
operon Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 A solid track from start to finish, very good acid synth lines. I like the energetic buildup that climaxes toward the end. A little spoiler for me is the generic pad sound coming here and there.8/10 My number is a little oldie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_c_UCWEN2RA Quote
ollylovesgoa Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Congovox - Blue Nervosity The track really does encapsulate that '98 "Hux-Flux" sound, almost the exact same kick and bassline, but with none of the complexity of Hux-Flux. It's not bad at all, in fact it's good, it's just not great. Would have been a 6 until the acid comes in but the 303 takes it up to a 6.5, because it doesn't really go anywhere. My pick: Quote
Manuser Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Like this track, had it in Distance to goa 4, good memories, very psychedelic 7/10 next: (a bit slow to start but will reward your patience ) Quote
Manuser Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 no one rated the track above but we can give it another try with this track: Quirk - Ping https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOeKVmyNivA Quote
Scandinasia Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 The intro is pretty common. The overall structure of the track is a little bit simplistic. The energy is much driving. Interesting psychedelic sound at 03:40 that reminded me of Crossing Mind, and a delicate melodic climax in a Posfordian style. Very psychedelic, pretty energizing, but the first half sounded too "intellectual" to my ears, and the "ping-pong ball" samples were seriously irritatating. Though, it's a good psy-track. 6.9/10 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_udZal-JHUg Quote

Manuser Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 Well not my style really, sounds too old and boring, not deep enough... 4/10 next: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGpB-lXrqT4 Quote
Blubber Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 hmm, Subcouds, yummy, that's why i like analog goa from back in the days. don't like the voice so much, but when the track reaches the middle part i'm torn away in this subtle melody. very nicey 7/10 Quote
Oopie Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 Not totally unworthy track, there's a bit of melody that sounds ok and the normal darkpsy palette. As a producer myself I feel it's a bit on the shallow side, party-edged stuff with no timelasting depth to it to be honest. 6/10 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsOLzoRn5vI Quote
Blubber Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 imaginative track of an imaginative album, right? industrial sounds for wrecked up people. i like the atmosphere, it's intriguing, haunting, psyberfictional. still, not a monster of a track. perfect for the flow, as a standalone just good - 6/10 reminds me this Quote
