Todra Electric cow sample, just curious where is it from?

first time and only time i heard this sample was in the acid core track by DDR and the geezer... do you know where is it from ? (sample at 5:45 in the video)

The first thing coming in my mind is some old american cartoons or even a warner bros cartoons (bugs bunny, looney tune etc).

Also, it might be some Joker, Batman samples. I can't think of something else (That's all, folks!).
