I think you can make smiliar with Vanguard but don't know how, try 2-3 oscilators

OK, if you happen to find the settings, please tell me. BTW, I was searching for nice presets for my Alpha Juno 2 and I found out how to create the Hoover sound (very popular in hardcore techno), but this is useless to share in this forum (ah, that Thunderdome time when I used to like hardcore and gabba!!). In the mid 90's, goa trance replaced it right away! I can't get enough of your signature video, just too funny
