Guest mike Posted October 22, 2003 Posted October 22, 2003 I have ordered some clothing one month ago, they got the money instancely, I did not get any reply til after 2 weeks from Sastra, and I told her I would like to get refund, but I have not received anything ever since, after that I wrote them twice.... NO REPLIES AT ALL. Did any of you had same problem with them, it piss me off. Quote

But it was worth it... Very cool shirt... The communication wasn't too good with Sastra during the 6 months... But she did answer my e-mails in a polite and explaining manner... DP Quote

Guest matt opul Posted October 26, 2003 Posted October 26, 2003 took 2-3 months until I got my stuff, afaik that is absolutely normal (for tip world and a few other labels who sell clothes), things take ages and replies to emails is not one of their best services either so if you really want some of their stuff, I recommend: just chill, you'll get it sooner or later Quote
