GagaISM Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Was just listening to Possessed from Earth Moving The Sun. What an amazing fucking track. I love his sophisticatedly simple sound. How do you guys feel about Freeland and his music these days? Quote
CoLoUr DoTZ Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Best time ever!! Listening to him playing that tune at Ozora!!! I had no album from him and that made me start buying his stuff till I found the tune....... Quote
IronSun Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Even though it gets quite cheesy in a few spots, earth moving the sun is still my favorite of him, mainly for own the world and possessed, which probably ranks in my favorite goa tunes of all time list. Indeed fantastic track, great energy, and a kickdrum to die for! Here's own the world, many will consider this borderline eurotrance and very cheesy, but to me the title exactly conveys what the final climax makes me feel... to own the world... Quote
kiriyama Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 One of the few classics I keep coming back to every once in a while. Simple yet timeless, awesome goa trance music. Turn up the volume, please. Quote
trancenonZENsedance Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 MWNN rocks. I recently acquired Earth Moving The Sun and Moment of Truth. Too bad Teleportation seems kind of expensive and Interstate Highway is rather "meh". Quote
Rotwang Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Interstate Highway is the only album of his I know, it is indeed very meh. Quote
Panoptes Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 He is alright, I like some tracks on teleportation, pipeline and songs like Breech, , Sugar Rush... Quote
Imba Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Interstate Highway is the only album of his I know, it is indeed very meh. Quote
Imba Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 LOL You should really check earlier releases, even house ones from early 90s Quote
Padmapani Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 interstate highway is great. in my ranking it would get second place behind teleportation. even if it were just for this one track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZ3QZdqv0dw Quote
technosomy Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Interstate Highway is the only album of his I know, it is indeed very meh. dam! you been missing out! Quote
ollylovesgoa Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 LOL You should really check earlier releases, even house ones from early 90s Yeah Way Out West is a classic! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDp40edRcdI Quote
Drew05 Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 i saw him at Ozora 2 years ago, it was incredible. he played after Posford/Raja and just built that energy higher and higher. plus, visually he is a nutter. definitely a dance legend does he still produce music, under a different name? or just performs these vintage sets?
