It's actually made before neogoa.

Neogoa really came about 2003.

This was made in 2001 originally. That awkward time when goatrance was impopular and shit like spirallianz was popular.

 

It was a confusing time for all of us and this song reflects that confusion.

I remember. But if goa trance is still here today it isn't that bad. Maybe people are too down-to-Earth to enjoy it the way we do.

The reason goatrance came back is because all of the deserters that went into the realm of progressive and prog-goa eventually came through their senses and came back to the loving nature of mother goa

It's a fine track. The things that catch my attention are 1) there's no fast paced hihats so it kinda mellows down the energy (there are nice swirly fxs that kinda make up for it, but not quite) 2) it's to some degree a little repetitive on the melody. If you still feel like you want to make changes to this track (or maybe you just wanted us to hear it?) I'd advice making the same melody on 2 different patterns using similar but still different sounds/synths, the other having a sort of delay effect for cool 3d feeling.
