Guest Darko
Anyone knows why I cant encode wave file higher than 32kbit/s? A week ago I reinstalled my win2k, and now I cant encode, neither CBR nor VBR. I'm using CDex 1.5 together with lame dll, plus I've tried encoding directly with the lame executable under cmd, same story, just 32. Anyone? Is it some sort of registering required within win2k or? It worked fine before the reinstalling it....

Guest cubensis
But seriously...try re-downloading LAME. Click here to get a thurougly tested, optimized compile of LAME. Click here to optimal settings to use with LAME. Dibrom, and the others at Hydrogen Audio, have done an incredible amount of testing of LAME settings.
