Guest DT
Hi guys. Sometimes I take occasional breaks from psy/goa and ambient music, and therefore, I tend to listen to house,acid-jazz, and some trip-hop. I'm interested in artists music that is house, but is chilled and mellowed out lounge music style. The Rurals, for example, peforms this kind of house music. In other words, I'm not interested in hard house but more into minimal house. Well help me out guys: Btw, I thought sesto sento's new album was the shiz. DT. Guest lumpi
Well, I´m not too familiar with house music but the following two are worth a try for sure: - Dave Diggler - Atomic dancefloor (album) - Dave Diggler - Feel my heat (album) Nice floating, not too hard, actually quite chilling I think... :-)

Guest Setsuko
well .. I'm not really into pure house , but I sometimes like to hear some soft and smooth groove ... maybe try 'Automatic' records .. mostly vinyl ... some releases are amazing tech-house / progressive trance hybrids and Kamaflage 3 , although I was a bit disappointed (only the Kooler track is interesting), i like part 1 an

Guest .::E.P
Piliavin & Zimbargo: Late Night Return Very dubby, percussive and ultra hypnotic track with African influenced loops and drumming. The bass-line is deep, funky and ultra sweathy and the vocal effects are trippy. Up there among my favorites right now. Inkfish: Acting Out Housey bouncy tune that makes you wanna jump :-) DJ19: Breaking Of The Dawn Slowdown beautiful and atmospheric Trancey piece with swirling soundscapes and tribal rhythms. Damn nice morning tune. Luke Chable & Danny Bonnici: Ride Well what can I say? A very different track here. Some very nice analog sounds and a sweeping melodic deep bass are used to maximum satisfaction. Reminds me of the good old sounds that were used in melodic trance in the early 90's spiced up with a very nice groovy feeling. Something new mixed with something old. A must in every colection! Kosheen: Hungry (Satoshi Tomiie Vocal Remix) Simple and short. A deep progresssive tribalgroover that makes me grind my teeths. Very nice vocals. Makes me hungry :-) J.F. Sebastian feat. Kaz: Burden (Lemon 8's Inner Santuary Mix) One of those tracks that will make everyone in a party go digging real big holes in the gound. It's so damn tribal and deep. Swirling effects mixed up with a hypnotic rhythm that goes on and on. More and more rythms are added and the bass sit tight where it's surposed to sit. Makes me wanna party hard! Again very cool vocals used as an effect. Jerry Bonham. Seventh Seal A more trancey track here with a traditional 909 hi-hat, 808 snare, growling synth's and a bouncy bassline that work very well. But the off-beat percussion/woodstick/drawer sound does it for me in this track... I love the way its' used.... Again very hypnotic and rhythmic... An early morning stumper! Fitadelic: Thought (Original version) A very nice and absolutely the most trancey track in this chart. Straight forward beautiful tune. The melody made from chords kick in in the middle of the track and lift it up. It's deffinently a sunrisetrack :-) Nice production here. Haldolium: Ain't No Change The good old Haldolium boys are back in great shape :-) True to their roots combining the well-known sofisticated smooth and laidback Haldolium style with some of the best vocoder work heard from a long time. Congratulations to Jürgen at Plusquam for the new compilation "va: revive". Go and get it and support the artist. As always with the Plusquam releases it's high quality music. Moogroove: Deuce (Mara Choocide Remix) Dubby tech & tribal deephouse meet acid house. Well it's one of those hard to categorise but it rules BIG time! Nice dubby stabs, windy effects and those bongo loops work to perfection.... And the bass well what can I say :-) Deep deep funky bass-line..... Just the way it's surposed to be! The percussion is very groovy. It has to be heard loud in the morning a dawn! One of my favorites too....
Guest grahf
i recommend: jondi & spesh 16B pole folder & cp underworld shmuel flash/flash brothers Jimmy van M's Bedrock mix cd, mainly the first disk you may find some works of Banco de Gaia or The Orb to be fitting as well. (though they are more in the ambient house direction)
