what is sample at 2:31? (maybe "tibet"?) i dont understand..

I am listening... we don't know, that's a track in possession of my friend, but little is known. We are in contact with gangguru, we will ask!

They have over 30 unreleased tracks, that we know of, maybe more as they never sent material to labels for releasing, they were not interested.
The sample says something unintelligible, but i don't think it is english, vaguely sounds like "tibet" but i don't think it says that
