Never mind cause some of it is not classic, although, I think that Blue Energy, Dropz and Witchkraft must be classics. Nevertheless, I need those albums, so if anyone care for trade or to sell them, contact me...

Heheeh, I didn't need someone to tell me how are these albums...Obviously I wouldn't be asking for them if I don't already know they are great or good, so as I said from beginning, I am looking for someone who is actually willing to exchange or sell some albums...

Well, I thought that everyone are tied to their originals, especially if they are originals that they like, as I am, so, why are you all worried around one disc that you'd copy for someone...I know it is illegal, but I thought that there are someone relaxed and open for everything and not to burn each other hundred of copies...Isn't it a bit human to help other human when it needs help and not again thinking about rules, rules, rules...It is boring to be limited with the laws, isn't it ? But, okay, if none of you is interested in burning copies of old stuff and taking any burnt copies, then nothing of my positive thinking...

I'll just tell you that if you make copies of my releases (Elysium) and trade the copies I will get after you with a broomstick! You only have the right to make copies for yourself mate... read what it says on the CD:

ALL THE RIGHTS OF THE MANUFACTURER AND OF THE OWNER OF THE RECORDED WORK RESERVED. UNAUTHORISED COPYING, LENDING AND BROADCASTING OF THIS RECORD IS PROHIBITED.

Did you see the word "COPYING" or "LENDING" ????

Hope it's more clear to you now mate.

don't mean to play the devil's advocate E.P., but what if the album is long out of print, the group has split up, etc...? If there's no way to buy it legitimately then you're not exactly depriving anybody of the money you would have otherwise spent.

E.P. I don't mean to preach, but there's a revolution out there and music distribution has dastrically changed. If you really want to get ahead in the music industry, how about exploring some cheap on-line alternatives to distributing music?

I agree, there's no "free lunch", but making individual tracks available for download tends to be much more profitable for you and the customer as well.

I know this is a completely different genre of music altogether, but check-out www.primuslive.com. They've got all of their live tracks available on-line for US$ 9.90 per show (each show comes with 3 CD, usually over two and a half hours of damn good quality live recordings). I could have searched for bits and peices of these recordings online, but for 10 bucks, why go through the hassle?

A very affordable and profitable alternative to all parties involved.

barbeque maybe I should have put a smiling face after my ironic posting?

It was irony mate :-)

Eventhough I think some of seraph is very silly when he tell people that they are not "true" trance lovers if they sell or exchange their music.

I agree that out of stock and long gone bands dont suffer at all if you copy their music. But we also have to draw a line in the sand and say enough is enough. There's just way too much stealing going on these days!

About the download of individual tracks and online distribution I could not agree more eventhough I dont think it will solve anything... People's nature will always be that if they can get things cheaper or "free" they will get it no matter what. I dont see any change in the massive stealing of music - and online stores with individual downloading of tracks wont change a thing!

Huh, Kristian, I am sorry if I offended you, but I live in the country where your cd's actually never appeared, so, I am sorry for my "bad" intensions. I would actually find it more positive if someone is desperate for my music, so he finds the way to get it, if he is not able to...right ? I wouldn't find it offensive or as stealing, but nevermind, it is your music and you have right to complain. Other thing is that I still don't have a credit card...Hehehe...so, i can't even order it...Cheers...
