abasio
Welcome flipples311. You could check out the videos below (and I am sure others will post) which is a mix of different styles. If you like any of them, search for the artist on www.discogs.com and check out what compilations they're on where you'll be able to see a lot more artists with a similar style. You should be able to search for the tracks on youtube pretty easily, probably even the full albums/compilations so you can see what you like. Happy exploring. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQ6NsqM9uGQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrMz91eGJfM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dspUejggj1Q

Padmapani
hey, welcome to the forum and welcome to psytrance. for oldschool goa check out: Hallucinogen Astral Projection Dimension 5 Etnica/Pleiadians for newschool goa try: Filteria Goasia Artha Ra for progressive i'd suggest: Human Blue S-Range Protonica E-Clip for fullon look into (something like the 2002-2006 stuff of) : Silicon Sound Logic Bomb Talamascsa Cosmosis for "psytrance" listen to (the first albums from) : Hux Flux Logic Bomb Psysex darkpsy recommendations are something i'll rahter leave to others. the best way to listen is imho either through (good!) headphones or in the middle of the crowd at a festival. but really... listening to psytrance in any way is always better than not listening to psytrance ; this genre is varied enough to have the perfect track for every mood and occasion.
Rotwang
If you're not already familiar with the many subgenres that exist, you should watch Ormion's Introduction to Psytrance video series. Personally I recommend you check out Kindzadza.

Veracohr
Before everyone and their dog throws out a million and one suggestions, I'd personally start off by asking what sort of music (in general) you tend to like (or are currently searching for). Such as: - Melodic - Weird - Energetic - Rhythmic - Aggressive - Mellow Or any other general descriptor. Because you can find examples of all in psytrance. Veracohr
There should be a button in the lower-right of every post that says "Quote". 1200 Mics I think is fullon, so you could start by searching out some of the other artists above that are labeled "fullon". Veracohr
I don't know about any fullon-specific websites, but you can start with these 2 threads: http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php/topic/67411-quality-full-on http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php/topic/66825-best-full-on-albums

Padmapani
thank you. also is there a website where i could look and search up other fullon artists? or maybe artists affiliated with 1200 mics? 1200 mics is a collab between gms, raja ram and chicago, so i'd say look into gms. you'd probably also like music from astrix or alien project (their best albums being eye to eye and aztechno dream respectively). these artists are among the most "easy listening" of psytrance. don't forget to look into the other fullon recommendations, you'll love them when you get tired of the isreali sound and "easy listening" turns into "boring" as it always eventually does. trancedigital
Oh Hello flipples... Everyone has given great recommendations already. Please check this link too: http://www.ektoplazm.com/essentials There is more than 20 years of trance for you to explore. I still have not listened to many albums. It won't be possible to listen to everything in this lifetime. But whatever you like, I hope it gives you sonic happiness. About how to listen to this music, I listen to my favorite tracks both on good quality headphones and floorstanding speakers. It is a different experience with either set up.
